Hunter is the proud owner of 2nd to None Management. She started this business
6 years ago in the hope that it would be a successful boutique property
management firm. 2nd to None Management is a women-owned company, focusing on
boutique property management in the Washington, DC and Clinton,
MD areas. Although Kenya and her family are settled in Washington, she was born in Frankfurt,
Germany and moved to the United States
later in life.
After
attending a college and obtaining a degree in Business Administration at Bowie State
University, she realized
how much she truly loves real estate, so she decided to open up 2nd to None
Management. She currently owns and operates 2nd to None Management - a boutique
property management firm located in the town where she lives, Washington, DC.
When
Kenya Hunter is not working on 2nd to None Management, she is planning on
launching her non-profit organization called 2nd Chances. Kenya and her
company, 2nd to None Management, have a passion for helping people in need.
They plan to use 2nd Chances to provide living assistance with many families. Kenya and her
company, 2nd to None Management, are constantly striving to learn more
everyday, and make things happen in a timely and efficient manner.
