Kenya Hunter is the owner of 2nd to None Management, and is a member of many professional associations. Being part of a community and connecting with like-minded individuals is what Kenya and her company have a passion for. 2nd to None Management is a woman-owned company that started 6 years ago. Kenya holds her degree in Business Administration, but many years ago realized just how much she enjoyed real estate, and decided to open up 2nd to None Management.

With the fact that 2nd to None Management is a women-owned company, Kenya and her team are part of the National Association of Professional Women, Women Business Owners of Prince Georges County, Association of Professional Women, American Business Women's Association, National Association of Professional and Executive Women, Commercial Real Estate Women. 2nd to None Management is also affiliated with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, National Association of Property Managers, Building Owners and Managers Association, African American Real Estate Professionals of DC and the Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals.

Outside of the professional associations, Kenya Hunter and her company, 2nd to None Management, donate to the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, Sickle Cell Foundation and the Sickle Cell Society. When 2nd to None Management is not donating time with the organizations above, 2nd to None Management is sponsoring food and coat drives, as well as feeding the homeless twice a month though an organization called SOME, So Others Might Eat.
